I called Quirk Ford today, I had sent a spare navigator to a friend in Hull, her car was broken so I gave her one. Her mom has doctor's appointments she has to go to. I called service and wanted to know two things does this vehicle have a NO-DRIVE recall because of the air bags from Takatia Japan. Secondly I may have bad fuel in gas tank. First Question, did you buy it from here answer no in Indiana. Well we work on own sales. Secondly we don't work on cars unless newer then 10 years. Being Ford Franchise you would think they would have to work on any FORD. If my car was on recall list , it would be parked at their lot and a rental would be paid for by FORD.I will never ever even think of buying anything from this dealership. I plan on getting hold of Ford Dearborn HQ and explaining how this franchise operates. Unfortunately, I called my local dealer in Indiana and they said bring it down unfortunately, the car is in Quincy. I am in Quincy frequently and eat out at many clubs and will make a point to my clientele how not to operate a business.
I recently bought a 2023 F-250 at quirk ford. The online process was straightforward. I was able to review all the paper work and agreements online without concern. I came to pick the vehicle up on a Saturday with the plan to have the vehicle registered and ready for pickup. This was after completing all necessary steps and communications with the sales team. Unfortunately the registration was not complete, however after talking with the sales team a resolution was figured out and the vehicle was delivered to me so I could accept the vehicle same day. Despite this happening the sales team, specifically the sales manager, reacted professionally and resolute which was appreciated.

My family and I have always been loyal customers of Quirk Ford when we buy cars and trucks. But when my Explorer lease was almost up next month, I went to Quirk and was really disappointed. They gave me a high payment and didn't give me any equity in my current lease. The sales manager told me that Ford doesn't allow them to trade leased cars. So I decided to stop by Herb Chambers ford for better options. They gave me a better deal. They lowered my monthly payment, by giving me $5,000 in equity from my old lease. I'm really happy with the service I got from Herb Chambers, and I won't be going back to Quirk. It's really frustrating to think that Quirk might have been dishonest by hiding the equity in leased cars from customers. It feels like they were trying to cheat me. I'm thinking about reporting this issue to the state authorities so they can look into it.

With new and used car prices through the roof and in limited supply right now, I was very happy to find this brand new work truck at quirk ford. Even better, of the 9 dealerships I shopped at, quirk was the only one selling my truck below MSRP. Tusani Parague handled my transaction and it couldn’t have been smoother. Everything was done online and through texts. I may have spent a total of 10 minutes in the actual dealership. It was the best buying experience I’ve had, and I’ve purchased 17 vehicles. He was professional, concise, and fair. He spent the extra time to go over the new features of my truck with me and he set up my rewards and ford pass app. I will absolutely purchase another vehicle from him next time I need a truck. 5 stars A plus !!!!
I wouldn't buy anything from these people!!!! I asked about an incoming transit connect and as the sticker was around 30K they wanted 45K for the truck!!! I understand price increases today but this is blatant price gouging!! Don't give these people any business whatsoever!!!!! Fortunately I found a dealership that is not marking up their vehicles.

It’s been quite some time since I purchased a car and Tusani walked me through every step and made the process so seamless. I had a million questions throughout the process and he happily answered my messages in a very timely manner. I really can’t recommend this dealership enough. I would give no stars if it was a option, but its not, this dealer is crooks and lie, they tell you and write down what they will do then do something completely opposite. Stay away, read and keep records with them. Unethical, dishonest dealer

Bought a new explorer from Al. My experience was great from beginning to end. Got a great deal, and the exact car I was looking for.
I want to start by saying this is a Service rating not a Sales rating. I have bought many Fords on the past at this dealer and bought a Explorer last May. I brought it in for the 10K checkup and I had a small leak in one of my tires. The service agent told me they could not patch the tire because of they type of tire it was. And I had to buy a new tire to fix it. I should them the warrenty on the tire and they told me I hade to go to the tire store. I went to a tire dealer and they said there is not problem fixing the tire and they did for 30 dollars. It was not the type of tire Quirk said it was. I also wrote to Quirk Customer relations and said their service department did the right thing. The last two times I have been there I never got a customer satisfaction survey from Ford, even after I had asked for one. This is the worst customer service I have had at any dealer. Both by the Service Agent and the Service Manager. I am never going back to Quirk ford now either to buy or service my vehicle.

If I could give 0 stars I would. All they care about is making a sale and not about their customers once the sale is done. Basically I was lied to by the salesman or he didn’t care enough to get the correct information. I purchased a new truck about a month ago and was told that I have to register the vehicle my self and I would be paying a certain amount in tax. After reassuring that the tax would be what we discussed I signed the paper and took the truck the next day. A month later I went to go register the truck ( when I could get an appointment) and was forced to pay and extra $2850 out of my pocket to register the truck. The RIDMV told me they register cars there all the time and know the deal with truck trade ins according to Rhode Island Tax laws. I called back the salesmen and told him about this. He just said that this is why they don’t register cars in Rhode Island and I basically have to eat the remaining cost. He asked for a copy of the registration only to never get back to me. After 2 days of waiting I spoke to him again and he said sorry there’s nothing we can do. Meanwhile I spoke to another colleague of his and he said he’d look into it and get back to me (which he never did). Now I’m $2800 in the hole. I asked if they would split it and received no response. I am extreme unhappy and they don’t care because the deal was finalized. This won’t be the end of this and I’ll NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH QUIRK AGAIN!!!!! A message to Quirk Ford if you want to fix this you know where to contact me! I was happy with my purchase up until this happened. MAKE IT RIGHT!
Great experience. Very professional staff, and a fantastic deal. I did most of my deal over the web. The only time I had to go into the dealership was to pick up my vehicle.

I had a great experience with Quirk Ford this past week. Their sales team was on point the entire time I was there. Specifically, Thomas was the guy who helped me out and showed me a variety of different trucks that I was interested in. Sure enough I was able to get the truck I wanted and it was smooth sailing from there. I definitely recommend heading over to Quirk Ford if you're interested in purchasing a new Ford.
I went in to see a car I found on a search engine and walked the lot for about 20 mins before going inside to find someone who could help me. I began working with Chris and wasn't 100% certain about buying the truck that day, but Chris told me he would hold it for me if I called back, no deposit required. So, I called back 2 days later and asked that he hold the truck till Saturday morning when I could visit with my husband and he could see the truck. We showed up Saturday morning and waited around for a bit but ended up leaving a deposit on the truck. I asked to make sure they had the title and Chris assured me that they had it in house. He said he would email me the purchase and sales agreement by 4 that day, but he never did. So I called on Sunday to make sure he was going to email me the paperwork to sign so I could pick up my truck on Monday and he said that there was a bit of bad news. He said that there was another salesperson who sold the truck Thursday night and they were from out of state and were in possession of the trucks title. So, the long and short of this story is that my truck was sold to someone else after it was being held for me. Chris never seemed very concerned about the ordeal and said that he would email some other potential options for me to purchase, he never did. So disappointing to work with a sales person that has no follow though, not to mention how much he/they screwed up my entire experience at Quirk Ford. Barry the GSM didn't seem bothered or alarmed by this situation either. Nobody tried to correct the situation nor seemed to care. Guys, there are Ford dealers everywhere, too many red flags at Quirk to mention. Go elsewhere.
